About Johnny Williams
Minister Williams has been working in the mental health and addiction field for over 27 years. He has had the opportunity to work with many clients and agencies, including, churches, drug courts, police departments and community service centers, etc.
5H Counseling and Consulting Services is a division of C.R.O.S.S. (Christ Recovery of Saints and Sinners, Inc.) C.R.O.S.S. is a ministry founded by Minister Johnny Lee Williams, MA, LPCC, LICDC in 2002.
Birthed out of the need for providing care and assistance to those suffering from a full spectrum of mental health and social issues from mild to even severe and persistent mental illness.

Our History
5H Counseling and Consulting Services is a division of C.R.O.S.S, which stands for Christ Recovery of Saints and Sinners, Inc.
C.R.O.S.S. is a ministry founded by Minister Johnny Lee Williams, MA, LPCC, LICDC. In 2022, C.R.O.S.S. was birthed out of the need for providing care and assistance to those suffering from a full spectrum of mental health and social issues, from mild to severe and persistent mental illness.
Minister Williams has been working in the mental health and addiction fields for over twenty years and and has had the opportunity to work with many clients and agencies, i.e. churches, drug courts, police departments and community service centers, etc.
Most of his work have been North East Ohio, but more recently, since 2015, he has been working in the Tri-State area.

BEHIND OUR COLORS
In keeping with our mission, our primary colors are Green and Gold.
In symbolism, Green represents Life, Renewal, and Growth (spiritually, mentally, emotionally, willfully and physically). We want people to live renewed lives and grow in their destiny. This is our hope for everyone we work with.
Gold represents Divinity, Glory, and Purity/Holiness. We want our clients to know that they are more than they believe. Each person is made in the image of God and is made to give God glory and understand that they have set apart and are special.
